KA ka24e idle, running rich, new maf

Hello I first want to start off by saying I have looked everywhere and please no unnecessary comments.

The ka24e is running rich and has a stable idle at 1500, 1000, and 800. It moves in between those numbers when I let go of the throttle and just let it idle. It has a new maf on it, I have tried to clear the codes by unplugging the negative battery cable. It does not bog like it's going to turn off the idle is steady. It is still showing a 12 code on the ecu. If anyone knows what I could do it would really help me out. Thank you.
