Hey i got a 1996 s14 240 and i love the flatnose s14a look. Do i need nething else besides the hood and headlights for this conversion??? Shouldn't i just be able to order the hood and headlights from Nissan or a body shop instead of buying a conversion kit?

There are other things too... I think the bumper is different as well. In the long run, I think the conversion kit will actually cost you less money. Dealerships rape you.

headlights, front upper and lower turning signals, bumper, left/right wings, hood...

kinda expensive... maybe try extending your hood over your headlights for a similar effect... Have a bodyshop weld an extension to your hood.

u need OEM Fenders hood and front bumper... in order to do the conversion you need to have the front reenforcement bar and bumper bracket off a 98... if u dont want to buy that ( its like 350 for both) then email me and ill tell you how to make a bracket and go without it. I did it to my 95 and i had a bomex front body kit a friend of mine gave me and i did it... it looks good.. also you need to convert the H3 low beam bulbs to h1 its easy email me and ill help ya out

hey 240sxdrifter, was the radiator core support panel the same?? the headlights, grille and hood latch all bolt to it. did u modify it?
240booster, u should look for a complete used front clip (as high as $3000 US-spec) OR a Jap-spec clip. u just missed a complete one HERE 10 days ago...real $cheap!

the radiator support is a little different you just have to drill new holes for the lights... thats about it.... the latch for the hood can just swap over they both work.
