sr20 smoking out pcv valve
The motor is very fresh and professionally installed. Recently blew my turbo seals and noticed the dipstick even shot out some oil as well. Sent the turbo back to tomei and got a new one. Did a leakdown test and had high 90% across the board except cylinder 1 which was at mide 80% but according to the matco tester we used that was still excellent. Haven't done a compression test yet, but it should be good since the leakdown test was good.
The problem:
There is a large amount of smoke entering into the intake from the pcv valve t shaped vent. The actual pcv in the valve cover seems to work properly( too it off to check it out). There is no smoke out exhuast except the usual black smoke under full throttle. Also the car idles rough now.
Question:
What does this sound like to you guys? Please help. I will do a compression test soon as well. Do you think that it could be as simple as the oil is shot and I need new spark plugs???
