s13 sr20det red top cas way advanced to run right

Ok heres the deal if I set the cas in correct timing 15 degrees the car runs but is really laggy and breaks up as soon as I hit any boost at all. Just breaks up and falls on its face. Now if I take the cas and advance it all the way runs damn good no breaking up has power in all rpm range. I have changed out with a friends running sr20 coils packs, ignitor, maf, new isis 255 fuel pump at the fuel rail im reading 40psi at idle. Ive swapped out full fuel rail with injectors. Im running ngk bk6 gapped at .28...
Any ideas ive searched very few people have had this issue and they never reported back what was wrong if they fixed it.

Over view
Timing set to 15 degrees breaks up really Laggy
When cas is advanced runs damn good no breaking up has power
Mech timing is tits I can post pictures if need be
No boost leaks
10psi isis t25/28
New 255 fuel pump
Swapped out fpr
Bkre6 gapped at .28
Coil packs seem to be ok no cracks but will test them with a volt meter
swapped maf
Swapped ignitor
New nissan coolant temp sensor
Tps is set 45 closed
Keeps fowling out spark plugs
I think my air to fuel wideband sesnor is taking a shit I need to test it
In boost while breaking up reads low 12s and higher
Any ideas??

you are running lean
if it runs well advanced, run it advanced as long as it isn't knocking

Ok how do I fix it from running lean then. I only have maybe 5 miles on this build trying not to blow it like I did the one right before this.

Did you verify cam timing/mechanical timing was correct? Restabbed the CAS at TDC correctly too?

I would bet that it's your plugs not either being the right ones or they are gapped wrong. When gapping the plug, you should just BARELY be able to feel any metal touching at the desired gap on the plug gapping tool. If you are having any trouble pulling the desired size through, it's too tight.

Also, I have found that they have changed the NGK part number. I can't remember where I saw it on here but you can search around.

The only other thing I would tell you to check is the grounds. There should be a big fat ground from the fender to the intake and there should also be a ground on the back of the motor. Make sure that the metal is clean and bright. Make sure that the battery is tight and giving at least 12.4V to the coils.

Dirty maf? Boost leak? I know this sounds dumb but what octane are you running? I'm not saying you're stupid by any means but I've seen someone run 87 and didn't realize. I hate to admit it but I did a Tt swap on my Z32 and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't fire. My dumbass forgot to put fuel in it. Good luck finding your problem. I bet it something simple.

He's got it right...it's on the 2nd (left) divot when fully inserted.

Well it does spin to the right, and it lines up the left mark. The upper gear goes L to R, so when you put a gear into it, it'll move that direction
