Z32 Street Style build
Hey Guys,
little background about me i figured most of the OG Zilvia members are no longer here and it's a bunch of new guys, unfortunately most of you don't know me or much about me since i've hardly even had time to come troll you guys so I'm going to share a little history about me (all scattered here through the forums) I got my first car at age 15 it was a non turbo Z32, that i unfortunately don't; have any pictures of in good condition. i actually drove it for about six months before i got into a slight fender bender due to texting and driving. (fail i know) during the downtime of my car i actually ran across a RHD S13, which lead to me parting out my entire Z32 to fund the built for. I don't have any pictures of any of my cars bone stock, they have never survived the 24 hour period of remaining stock. as soon as i got my S13 i towed it straight home and sanded the entire body (it was primered to begin with) did a little bit of body work and painted the car with the help of my friend who painted cars for a living. and prior to installing all the lights and bumpers on i purchased a front mount intercooler and a set of KeiOffice coilovers. (give me a break i was 15 haha) then i drove my car every day to school, friends houses, street drifting, i was able to do one drift day event at Irwindale Speedway parking lot. then late into my 16th birthday this happened. you probably notice that the cylinder head metal is very clean, that's because prior to smashing my oil pan, loosing oil pressure and obliterating every moving part in that engine i had rebuilt it after i painted the car due to cylinder three having a hole in the piston from the previous owner, anyway motor had blown up and i was kind of fed up with the SR20 so this happened i got my first aftermarket steering wheel (i wish i kept it, silver suede Personal wheel) broke out the Fluxcore welder that my dad scored for me off some crackhead for $40 (i actually still have it lol) ended up having to get rid of my Koyorad because i refused to trim my core support. then i did a brand new chassis harness on the car because my factory chassis harness was a mess and a half. simplified cluster wiring completed lower harness and then i got the car running again, this was about the end of the Junior year, and over the summer leading to my senior year in high school. Oh i also scored an R32 GTR rear spoiler so i put that on the car, i pretty much drove the car that way for about a year with zero problems. i had plenty of fun street drifting the car with the sweet 4.3 final drive i scored from the importer who i got engines from, and some sort of 2 way LSD for $250 i was a pretty lucky guy to have friends who helped me find cool parts at such a young age and parents who didn't keep me from my hobby. Anyway, over the summer when i was gone to North Carolina for a NASCAR job offer i had gotten i got the stupid idea to sell my car that was not being used and just stored in my parents garage back in California... then got the even stupider idea of buying a DSM. sold that about three months later and got back to my roots; I became the lucky second owner of a pristine 91 300ZX Twin Turbo. which again did not survive the 24 hour window of staying stock lol. the car got a sweet set of 5Zigen FN0R1C's lol 18X9 and 18X10 but i did snap a picture of it stock, when it arrived home. I took the car street drifting, and pretty much got a harsh reminder about the VG30's oil starvation problems the hard way. so this happened. I had also moved, and upgraded my garage which followed by this and then some more of this |

I've seen some of your posts on 300zxclub, you're the master fabricator behind franklin93zx's sr20 aren't you? If you are then sweet! If not, sorry for the confusion. Anyway, I love 300zxs and this thread is looking cool so far. I always am glad to see people willing to modify their Z.
