whats better on a rb20 turbo wise?

hey guys, im just going for 350hp and i didn't want to change my exaust mani.. I have heard mixed things from friends, half of them are telling me to go hks garrett gt2535 and some people are telling me to go holset hx35 whats better? I've heard that the hks can get full spool at max 4500 rpm and that its the biggest you can go on stock mani. im not to sure what the holset spools at, but what turbo would be a best fit, i can get both for under 500.

hx35 will be less responsive. if you are trying to decide between those 2, then i'd say go with gt2535.
But there are alot more turbo options out there.

I loved my Hx35 rb25, but you have a 20.
If I could do it all over again, I would have went with a hypergear turbo
