HKS Sport exhaust CA18DET

SO I just bought a nice new HKS Sport exhaust for my 180SX thinking it would be an easy bolt right up to the cat. Nope not the case. So my question is: What now? I am guessing test pipes are 3" as well so I would be in the same boat on the other end from the downpipe to the test pipe.

Any ideas or help would be great.

not sure what the issue is? I've installed atleast 20 of these systems to cars both with and without cat's and it works just fine.

You can see how the new pipe and gasket are bigger than stock.

Any ideas or input?

The holes do not line up on the gasket or the pipe (putting it on the old pipe) the flanges do not mate up. If it's not snowing tomorrow I will get some pictures to post up.
