Coilover Question
i was wondering what dampening force does. i have mine set to 25 but from what i understand springs effect cornering and dampening force effects rebound. all i want to know is if there will be any difference between a setting of 25 or a setting of 1 when it comes to body roll while taking corners.

of course there is, I think you need to search, but stiffer usually means more traction not as stiff means less traction, but this on smooth surfaces... If there are bumps, too stiff means you will hop cause it doesn't absorb the bump and you get lifted and lose traction. I think most coils depending have dampening adjustment only, which is how much force it takes to compress the shock, rebound is pretty much set....

It's Damping force.
Damping force - A force proportional to the velocity of the object that causes it to slow down.
