i know i know... im sure this is asked all the time. but i live in las vegas and i have driven down to southern california to buy an rb25det front clip, or whole swap. now before you go getting all angry at me for asking this question. hear what i have done. this is honestly my last resort. i have talked to jrauto, phase2, mckinney, venus-auto, password jdm, h motors, garage boso,ans PSM. i dont want to order one from an online store. unless anyone can vouch 100% for one. i came to california so i could look at it myself and pick it out... i do not wantt o buy a built one. i want a bone stock one. i will be california till saturday. can anyone please help me in my delima. jr auto had one but wouldnt let me put it on hold with a credit card, so when i got here it was already on hold by someone else...

PLEASE HELP ME OUT. WHERE CAN I BUY AN RB25DET IN CALIFORNIA RIGHT NOW...

I got mine from venus auto it had pretty good compression 145-160

boso will get you a decent deal. i know them personally and was going to buy an SR from them but had to cancel.and iirc, boso takes has a paypal acct.

Don't buy anything from "jrauto" that place has horrible storeys. I've only bought body parts. Headlights, kouki tails, ect.. But my friend was going to buy a 3rd gen 3sgte from him. But it looked fucked up. We asked him to give us another one, and he said the other ones were sold. We told him we didn't want that motor and wanted our deposit back. Didn't want to refund the deposit. We fought for like 20min we ended up leaving with very expensive mr2 kouki tails..

I've all ways purchased motors at "jprmotorinc" they always have clean motors and back up their products. everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about all products. I've been going there for years.

Call up jpr see if they can get you a rb25

i'm pretty sure driftmotion is still in business. I see quite a few people w/ sc's still ordering parts from them for stuff that they need for 1j/2j or 5spd swaps.
