It's all clear now, he was drifting with nos on 7.5" wide konigs, "drifting tires", drifting on an on ramp that is shut down but yet it's on the highway with all his "friends" who left and didn't give him a ride, clearly since he makes so much money he paid Maryland state workers to shut down the main highway and have his own drift event..
