I have searched and I have only come up with fuel pump issues.. but I just installed a walbro 255

okay so I purchesed my s13 about a month ago and all of a sudden i get this

stuttering "frap frap frap" on acceleration on anything more than 1/2 throttle.

switched out the fuel pump thinking it was that....it helped a lot but still idk could it be spark? exhaust leak? could an exhaust leak be that power killing?

also i took it out one night then went to start it the other day and the battery was dead... so i ordered my red top optima and when i did so i ran the car and checked it with a meeter and it read a solid 13v at idle... so I guess it was just my battery.. i don't think this is related to the weird acceleration..

anyways I'm new to kA's and any guidance would be appreciated...

I melted my spark plugs and it acted like that also. I was able to drive 20 miles at half speed and anything more would do like you are describing. Also check the alt and for an exhaust leak...many things can cause what your describing. Exhaust is just bad in general though. If nothing else check the fuel injectors.

Any ecu codes? would prob narrow it down.

That should get you started.

Fuel filter. Or a pressure leak before fuel rail.
