Starter Question

Hey all,

I am just wondering which starter I should get.

I have a 1991 S13 with a 1995 KA24DE swapped into it.

The starter seems to be going (have to tap it with a hammer to get it going) so I am wondering if I should get a starter for a S13 or S14.

Thanks!

Any KA24de starter should work regardless of the year. If your buying one used i would recomend putting a power source on it first (jump pack/battery etc) to test it before installing it.

Send a message via AIM to j20accord00
check your grounds and your lead wire. clean all of them..then check your signal wire before spending the money on a new starter

but to answer your question..they are the same

Don't be a dick dude. Alot of people run upgrade starters on cars (although admittedly not 240sx's.)
My friend with a 510 has a fucking awesome upgraded starter that helps him start the car alot easier in cold weather etc.. since it's carbureted.
