** S13/S14 ** Sunroof Track Delete Brackets
S13/S14 Sunroof Track Delete Brackets
Maybe your sunroof track is broken, you're putting in a cage and the track wont fit, or maybe you are just looking for more headroom. These brackets allow you to remove the sunroof system in your s13s14. Bolts in using factory locations and allows for pretty much the most headroom possible without doing an entire roof swap. Reuses the factory glass and shims. Since the factory sunroof relies on a drain system comprised of a tray and four drain tubes, this new setup will need to be seam sealed to prevent any water from leaking through. Basically install the sunroof with the brackets, then apply the sealer from the underside of the rubber gasket. I ran this setup all last year and multiple days/events in the rain and had no issue with the sunroof leaking (As long as you install/seal properly). Kit includes two brackets, one for the left side and one for the right. Honestly less then an hour install. Brackets are car specific and only fit either a s13 coupe or a s14. **I have gotten feedback on a set of s14 where the guy informed me after some slight modifications he was able to get the brackets to work with a non sunroof headliner. (Still waiting on pics from that though) Price is $75. That includes shipping anywhere in the continental US and paypal fees PM me if interested

Honestly haven't even started, been pretty busy between work, my car, friends cars. Trying to get cars done before this season. The delete panel has been put on the back burner for now unfortunately.

Suppose that reads wrong, I mean that after these are sold I doubt I'll have time to make many more for awhile. I have plenty to get done on my car and helping with friends cars before the drift season kicks off up here. I will be able to make a set if someone really needs one though.
Put it this way, if someone needs one, I'll make one. haha A guy with the username nextproject was working on finding out if the worked on non sunroof headliners. He said with a few mods he was able to get it to fit, and had to make a bracket so that he could mount the dome light. This was s14 though, have not tried with a s13 yet.

I gotcha, know what you mean. I was just curious "why is this guy stopping this cool item?" lol
No I'm in the same boat about the '14 season, it's time to get broke and kiss good by gf or social life all together. I will send you a PM soon on the order |

Awesome to hear dude, glad you like them, I still run my very first version. Although the new ones are a bit nicer, being that they are now TIG welded and the design has changed a bit.

Only thing I notice when installing was that due to the thickness there was just barely enough thread engagement for the oem nuts, but it's never been an issue. And i'm sure I have the very first version anyways lol.
