ECT sensor to fix p0125?

my car is 240sx s14 1996 with 102000 miles
my check engine light pop up.
I bought OBD II reader and read code P0125.
Look around it is ECT sensor.I checked with FSM there is ton of procedure to test.
It seems hard and is not my league
Can I just buy new and change then erase the code?

If yes, I have checked
They are two of them 25080Y and 22630(a).
which one I have to buy?

just check to see if each sensor is corroded, oxidized. if so, clean them. if neither are, check for accurate signal, any interruption will cause a trouble code. make sure wiring is proper.
