I posted this in the wrong thread, hopefully I can get an answer here.

Hey guys, I'm sure you've heard this a thousand times, but I've searched! What I'm hoping to find out is if my new tires will fit. Currently on my s14 I have 17x10 +25 with rolled fenders, running a 235-40-17. The new tires in question are 245-40-17. I just don't want the new tire sticking past the rear fender. Thanks in advanced and I apologize if this is in the wrong area.

17x5?!?!?!??! who the hell runs a 17x5?!

regardless if youre looking for a drag racing setup or not... there are SO many other options out there for forged, lightweight wheels that allow for great offsets, wheel width and durability without sacrificing weight or style!

Namely... Volk CE28N wheels

Not an aggressive setup compared to rest of the thread.
S13 coupe/S14 rear subframe/S14 FLCA/Z32 calipers all around
Thinking:
F:18x9.5+12 Mid-disk
R:18x10.5+12 S-low disk

Unsure of Mid-disk in the front, but my friend with an S14 says he used mid-disk Kranze LXZ much more aggressive but had to use 20mm spacer for his Evo8 Brembos. But because I'm sticking with Z32 I should have way more clearance from the physical caliper itself as well as the fact the Brembo would've stuck out more from the adapter bracket right?

Anyone have any input? thanks

Edit: forgot to mention, weds bazreia faces are the ones in question

That's both a wider and taller tire. Would help if you posted how it sits currently .

From this first photo, it looks like adding 5mm of tire outboard will not stick past the fender. However, I'd be quite happy with the fitment of your old tires shown in this second photo.

I have a s14 stock fenders (not rolled or anything) lowered a little on megan coils, all suspension arms aftermarket. Right job I have 350z touring wheels front tires are 225/50/18
rear 255/40/18 and they scrub in tight turning..

Found a set of te37sl for sale on here measurements are 18x9.5 +22 255/35/18 front 18x10.5 +22 285/30/18 rear. Will these fit my car without modifying fenders or using spacers? Will they scrub?
Another thing.. will they be flush? I don't like bowed out wheels on imports :/

Alright, I looked through the thread and saw plenty of suggestions for 17x9 +25 for stock S14 fenders. a lot of the people were saying 245/45r17 and 255/40/r17 MAY fit with no fender mod. I did not see any confirmation that they DO fit.

So the question is, 17x9+25 with 255/40r17, will fender modification be required?

Car is a S14 lowered on Fortune Auto 500, probably 2-3 inches below stock. No rubbing from 17x8 with 225/45/r17. How are we looking for the bigger tires? And if I did want to go with 18s, would 18x9.5 with 255/35r18 be too big?

Hey guys. I've gone through hundreds of posts and I've found some decent info but not exactly what I need.

95 5 lug 240sx. wanting to run LMGT4s, 18x8.5 +25 18x9.5+30 if I can find them. 255s up front, 285s out back. It will be a road course / airstrip car, will I have any issue with this setup? I also have a set of OZ wheels I'm looking at, 18x9 +20 18x10 +25, how will these fit with the same tire setup?

I'm fine with rolling / slight pull. Basically, I want max tire up front and at least a 285 out back due to needing to throw 600+ ponies to the ground. Thanks

hey guys, I've got a set of OZ Racing Challenge HLT's I'm looking at picking up, 18x9 +20 18x10+25 and I'm looking to run 255/40 285/35 NT05s on them on a stock fender s14 with minimal camber, car is going to be setup for track / airstrip events. I've searched through hundreds of posts and its either higher offsets for the rear or low and cambered. Not much in between. Whats the biggest rear tire I can run with a roll and maybe a slight pull? Thanks!

Couple questions, can someone tell me his wheel and tires specs? looks like 17x9 +25 all around... 10mm spacers??

my concern is that i have a bone stock s13 coupe... it needs new tires so instead of putting new tires on the stock wheels i was going to go ahead and get the 530s and put tires on them. im not on coilovers yet, will i even be able to clear stock suspension? im not looking forward to how goofy it will look before coilovers are put on but i dont have much choice right now.

I know its a long shot, but does anybody know the wheel size/offset as well as the tire size on this coupe? Looks to be staggered with a slight roll in the rear. Ill be getting some battles soon and would like the fitment to be about what this car has.

^^ Those look to be 17's all around with bigger tires in the back in my opinion. The Battles I have are 9.5 +15 which I would guess this person is running too as its the more common size. The fronts look like 205-35 and the rear I'd guess is a 215-40. Im bad at guessing tire sizes though so I may be off there.

Will 17x8 +35 rota grids clear z32 brakes? Looking to run those front and rear. Right now on stock suspension. Probably going to get coilovers within the next few months.

I'm sure I'm not the first, or the last to have gone through this... lol, there are 122 pages of this thread, I've gone through about 20, and haven't really come across what i want to know. Maybe someone can help me, pictures/wheel specs will help me visualize.. lol.

Long story short, gonna be my first set of 3 piece wheels i have built. That in and of itself should explain my situation lol.

Want some decent lip/width wheels, but also on stock body with a roll, NO PULL.

Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

Gonna need current wheel sizes and offsets along with current lip and barrel sizes before anyone can point you in the right direction.

Not really enough info to help your right now. Do you want to run stretched tires or something meaty? Camber settings? Ride height? 17s, 18's? Theres a lot that will go into what you want. And with three piece wheels, disk is going to affect offset and brake clearance. So add that info and then Ill try and get more specific with fitment stuff.

Current setup is 17x9 front with 215/45/17 and rears 17x10.5 with 225/45/17. I want something somewhat like my current fitment, but wider fronts with bigger lips all around. I also want to go up to 18s. I'm a total noob when it comes to building wheels lol. I've always just had one piece simple wheel.s.

OK, start by looking at what fits perfectly and go from there.
17x9+15 with 225-45-17 fits perfect, and requires no roll, or pull. Go here ( http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp ) to see if it helps you, remembering that 0 is perfectly centered offset on the barrel. You can also start with STOCK 205-55-16 on a 6.5x16+42 as a baseline stock wheel with stock suspension to see where you can go

Hey guys. New to the forum. Just have a quick couple of questions. So I have just purchased a set of work xd9's in 18x10 +18. The tyres I will be running are 235/40R18. And I was just wondering if these wheels are going to hit on the front coilovers anywhere? Will I need to run spacers? The car itself is a series 2 Nissan s14 (sorry from Australia) Thanks so much for any help.

Kinda late, but these are 17x9.5 +15 for all four wheels. The tire size the others have listed should be fine.
I got this same offset for my battles
Sometimes i think maybe i should have gone for 17x9 , as the rim sticks out just a tiny bit, but i don't know much about wheel fitment so who knows.

Anyone running a 18x 10 -18x 10.5 +20 rear on a s14? Would I be looking at a huge roll and pull job? Any pics would be helpful.

this here was a 18x10 +20 XD9 on the rear of my old s14. (crappy pic but all i can find on short notice)

235/40 tire. guards pulled probably 30mm or so so i could run 0 camber.

you could get away with very little guard pull/roll if you went a smaller tire and a couple degrees camber. all depending on height obviously.
