Electric Fan Options
well, on my coupe i have altima fans and couldnt be happier. i recently got a set of fans from a G20 and i was thinking of putting them on my cousins hatch. my question is, is there that much more of a difference between the 2 fans sets, one fan will be activated by a temp sensor and the other will be hooked up for when the ac cuts on
what do u guys think |

I'm having dual spal fans installed in my 90, i'm having them controlled with a fan controller. I can turn both of them on whenever I want or set them to any specific temp. Also when shopping for fans you need to look at how many CFM's it can push. So one fan could actually push just as much as a dual set.

Grow-up. If you don't want to help, then just move on. Just b/c your name is blue, doesn't give you the right to be an e-thug.

Back on topic- which fans work and when really depend on the climate in your region. In Vegas we need both fans on most of the summer especially with ac on. But Im not sure where you live so lets start there. |

thank you guys for the help but whats in question is the G20(FWD SR20) Fans, i know how to install and wire everything up. i just want 2 make sure they will do the job or should i sell them and get the altima fans. there is a post on this site(i know because i searched) that talked about using the end tanks from the G20, and the guys using ser fans and he was saying that the g20 fans are a bit bigger. i just wanted to double check and possibly find out if anybody else was using g20 fans with or with out any problems.
and thank you guys again |

They are $50 bucks at the junkyard. Might be a lot cheaper than from Nissan. |
