S14 Kick Panel Electron Batt Fuse issue
Short Description of car. 1995 240sx with a SR20det swap.
Driving home from work my aftermarket radio and digital clock died. Diagnosed the issue to a blown fuse (located in the kick panel labeled Electron Batt 7.5). With the car turned off, I swapped the fuse with a new one and noticed the A/C Condenser fan kicked on (remember the car is turned off). If i pull the fuse, the fan shuts off. I cannot locate what is causing this constant power after the car is switched off. I have to pull the fuse just to turn off electronics. Also, now when I am driving the car, my fuel light blinks when I give the car gas (fuel level is full). My high beam light came on at one point for about ten seconds (the lights were in the off position), and I noticed my headlights were flashing when driving behind a SUV. Noticed the headlights flashing only over bumps. The car is lowered and the wire harness is located in the fender wheel well. I have noticed the some frayed wires and plan on relocating and rewiring this harness into the engine bay. I think this may be the issue, but was wondering if anyone else has seen this. |

when my 7.5 electron fuse went out it was my cruise control switch under the brake pedal the upper one....from looking at the schematic it could be the sunroof motor or switch the driver or passenger window switch/ motor or the windshiled wiper motor
