so we are arguing the weight differences correct. i do not have a cool scale nor do i have access to a new viper motor, but i will contact dodge regarding the weight. i think the motor that is used is a second generation. the new 8.3l is apparently 230kg, not sure what that means but it think it is about 505lbs, where they got this number i am not sure. but if you know anything about americans, we like things to look good on paper. i will do my homework, but it will take a little while.
like a day or so, and if i am wrong, i will totally own my part. |

I will weigh in on this thread. I think that the build looks fairly awesome minus a few details that in my opinion do not work.(and by this I do not mean mechanically) I personally would not put that setup in a 240z, partly because I just would rather have a Nissan Powerplant under the hood of a classic Z Car. If I were to build one, I would probably go with the RB swap as I think it would look better proportionally. This build does go to show one thing though, with the right shoehorn you can dang near fit any motor into any chassis. This is all my opinon, others will vary.
