Naa man those are the 'look-just-like-plumbing' couplers that are in fact made to be used on turbo outlets and hold lots of boost.

I gotta say even if this setup holds together the ghetto fab better be covered up with a hood at all times because that shit is going burn people's retinas.

Only running 7psi so it should, I'm pretty sure similar welds on the same piping held 28 before.

Pay no attention to the welding critics and haters. I've been trying to teach myself welding for the last few years, and boy is it going slow. I'm sick of guys bragging about "their" shop, and about how sick "their" car is after paying somebody else $100 an hour to build them a car. This is the only way you can truely call a car your own IMOP. And if that takes a few booger welds to teach yourself and to own it, then so be it. Nice work, keep it up.

The only reason they aren't "pretty" welds is because we are using a small electric welder with flux, but thats fine because its mild steel. BTW the welds have been cleaned up and wrapped.

i may not know a lot about what i'm doing but the people guiding me on my build have been build high horse power cars since before i was born. The carb was built by one of said advisors and it started as a holley 650 dp

I have them, but I only have one sticker on my car right now and that's from Topspeed they have been helping out a lot, the sticker will make it on eventually.

So the car is running right now, and I have started that fun stage where tuning begins.... I'm not going to post pictures of what the car looks like right now but ill upload a full blown set when the car is done
Also some track and dyno videos!

I guess I should have been more clear since your are special and don't want to read the whole build like every one else did. Yes the carb is set up for blow through.

Can you explain the modifications needed to turn a carb into blow-through capable? Is it as simple as making the fuel pressure boost referenced?

soooo many noobs and bitch haters and people who have never seen a vagina before on zilvia. It's funny.

Demand 1-5th gear burnout vid when this is all said and done. Girl at top of page 1 made me hang around and read all the pages. not gonna lie. The fact his build is so damned janky makes me like it all the more because you really dont give a fuck about what everyone else sees as the right way to build a car. Haters should be grateful you dont have a bone stock ka with $4000 wheels and a REAL jdm aero kit you paid $2500 for shipped overnight parts from japan 1 week before race warzzzz.

If you creep on 6 pounds with stock wastegate ports, just gut them out and weld an exhaust valve in place of the old door.

Sick build! Do your thing!
