Unless you are going top mount don't bother changing the manifold. A lot of issues were solved when I went back to stock.

fuck..... why do people like this need to be local to me?

i have all this anger inside, like i hate all 240 owners.

weird, it didnt used to be like this.

yesterday i saw a dropped s13 driving down the street and i just cringed thinking to myself "i hate you" and i dont even know the guy... couldve been a nice guy. too bad i hate his fucking guts.

i think you should leave your exhaust manifold alone. install an illest sticker or something

Yeah, he talks a lot of shit, but he has good reason to. I'm sure if you searched either on Zilvia's search or on google, you would have found 15 million threads about this.

Cheap aftermarket tubular manifolds crack, and warp due to the substandard piping / techniques / poor welds. That's why if you're not going top mount, people recommend just staying with the cast iron OEM one.

CodyAce has been talked about a lot in this thread because he's a big advocate of keeping the stock manifold and doing some modifications to help it increase its efficiency and also keep EGT down.

Good luck with your purchase, i hope you find what you're looking for.
