does my sparkplugs look good?

was told it might be running lean because my plugs looks like this, but its showing no signs of running lean


dont worry about #3, a bad coilpack is the reason its black (more than likely)

My first thought to, changed to new ones, wanted ngk but the ones i got from the store where some other company, seems like good spark plugs but not ngk plugs :/

NGK BKR7ES is the usa sr20det standard cheapy works for 10-20k if your engine is tuned right (no point using them much longer, so cheap)

out of the box good to 280rwhp~
gapped down to .033 good to 380rwhp~
