socal zilvia junkyard burden
so someone's going around to the junkyards down here in la area and carving FUCK ZILVIA, and Zilvia sucks in all the SX dashes, and other places, what is up with that, i thought i came up on a clean dash til i saw that. someone's not happy with this site, i'll get some pics next time i see one.

^Happens alot, actually. Its people acting like children. They see a part they want at the yard, but can't afford it, so they fuck it up. "If I can't have it, nobody can."
I found a car an S13 with reeeeeal clean fenders a few months back, but I didn't have a way of getting them home. Came back the next day, and both fenders were all smashed to shit... Jerks.

i was taking the hatch of an s13 here in baltimore and a guy got pissed off that i was taking it off, so he took a hammer and smashed out the glass on it. because he wanted it. i literally went over to a car 10 feet away to hand my buddy a tool and the guy smashes the hatch glass and starts yelling because he wanted it.
shit happends all the time. ive gone to plenty of junkyards where the person wasnt skilled enough to take off the part they wanted so that smashed it all to hell. fenders hatches. i saw a s14 that somone sawzalled the dashboard for no reason

really............. i dont think anyone cares.
when a car is at a scrapyard, its literally weeks if not days away from being CRUSHED AND JUNKED. there may be perfectly used dashes, doors, glass, etc.. but no one cares because its old and considered garbage. If these parts were really that valuable, people would be selling them in the classifieds.. but you can ask anyone (especially longo) that no one is buying. People are broke, people are cheap, people are broke and cheap.. and most things just end up garbage. I had some fairly clean parts I was selling, front and rear bumper cover, rear 1/4 windows, all ended up in my dumpster. I was lucky to sell those 4 S14 SE wheels and tires, and even that guy tried to low ball me. |
