ok so i have a 90 240 with a 96 ka24de swap and it was running fine itll burn out do donuts 8's ill even slide nice but one day (4 days ago) i did a tune up spark plugs , wires, oil, and oil fliter and the car still runs fast and strong in a straight line only but if i try to burn out or do some donuts or drift the car shut off it keep burning out for like 3 to 4 seconds only but after i hit high rpms it just dies

i need help badly what could it be¿¿¿

this I don't understand what your trying to say

so what your saying is that your car is great for drag racing but when you try to do a burnout, or donut's, or figure 8's, or drift it and it is dancing off the rev limiter it will die.

To big zee: Hahaha srry for making it hard to read but yea it only dies doing burnouts and trying to drift the car other than that its great for drag even hiting red line is fine

To qoop: ummmm i could it high rpm on drag racing but when it comes to sliding the car or burning out or donuts it dies with high rpms

Fuel problem.....Gas tank needs to be flushed....Pull the Fuel pump and check the sock....a new one is about 12 bucks at Autozone.

Change the fuel filter also....

If the problem is still the same then check your MAF and your wiring....

so if u redline when u drag, and redline when u "drift", it dies ?......... maybe when ur going sideways it moves something loose and the car shuts off.. check ur grounds or wiring man like loose stuff and inspect under the car

k ill do that 2morrow but im just saying it was fine till i did a tune up but im still check on that thank

k cool only when i drift but drag is fine but ill check tho thank guys
