I wouldn't run more than 10psi.
You really need bigger injectors. And preferably a Z32 MAFS and a reflash/AFC if you want to make any real power gains... and a non-stock IC And yeah... search |

Leaky Injector
|
I was wondering the same thing, one of my freinds ran 15lbs with stock injecters and no fuel management except an afc with the t28, not saying its a good idea though. I run 13lbs with the t25 and know several other people that do the same thing but I'm not really sure about the t28. Someone I know is using a Mines ecu and it runes really strong, apparently it retunes the stock fuel curb for 14 lbs, you can find them on ebay for around $200. The best way to do it is to use 550 injectors with a jwt or enthalpy ecu and the 300zx maf, especially if you want to run a lot of boast. Iv'e been wondering if it is really necessary or not. The stock injectors are 370cc which isn't that small. I know people with honda's that run this size injector with only an afc and safelly produce similar hp figures to what a t28 can make on an sr with an intercooler and turbo-back exhaust, So I'm not sure if the sr20 is different for some reason or people just arn't as familiar with it. The only way to know for sure is to see what your air fuel ratio is, higher then 13:1 is usually where it's getting a little dangerous. To be safe I would just run the t28 on round 10 pounds until you have money for fuel management, once you have injectors and an ecu you can make over 300rwhp or around 350 flywheel hp.
