ive noticed on a few cars ive worked on that the inner section of the actual cv that bolts to the hubs of the diff had been cracked and leaking a bit of grease from time to time. but this is the only damage ive seen to an axle that i cant even say was cause by the diff but wasnt there prior to installation.
until i get time to drive/slide aorund in a car with a real diff i dont have an issue with running a welded with the chance of needing to swap axles every few events or change bs tires out a bit more often. |

what the person is saying the anxles will break before his weld will.. its the same thing somone told me when they weled mine. there like dude your other parts will break before this weld does. and i believe them cuz they used that structual weld that they use in the huge buildings. so i think itll last.
