KA Extreme Power Loss After Motor Warms Up. Really Need Help

Long story short. Bought an s13 that needed a timing chain (ka24e). Replaced the timing chain. Turns out the motor has a slight knock, but I just want to get this thing running for awhile until a new motor is purchased.

Car is not timed exactly right as of now but idles fine. The big issue I'm having is that I can start the car up when the motor is cold and it moves and rev's pretty well. Then after its sits running for about 10 minutes, it will still idle but will barely move under its own power (will hardy rev with pedal to the foor). Does anyone have ANY clue what this could be? Does this sound like it could be due to the timing? I dont see how this could be since it runs fine when its cold. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should check for codes and work from there.

I had that problem. My motor wasn't getting enough air. replaced my intake, cleaned out the egr just because, and also, my throttle valve wasn't seated correctly. Twitched that sucker right, and vualla.
