Im swedish and i know that my english isn't as good as ot should be, but i will try to make my self understod, using google translate a lot Thought to post a small project thread on this forum now for my beloved car We start with a small quick background briefing I bought the car 1 August for years, and it was so beautiful here Completely original, Swedish sold and one former owner, an elderly man Bought cheap and with a worn engine. Picked up the car on Friday and on Saturday it started to unravel, and everything is tracked only out, those who had first intended to be my first nice car with no exhaust and a reduction was instead something completely different ... interior and everything was torn out and the car was stripping down quite a bit. The interior got a make over, it got 3 extra places för gauges Then I flocked almost everything And in the end, the interior looked like this Externally it was widened, the car 50 mm rear each side, s15 kit went on, some pictures of it too And after it while it got painted And finally got it looked like this when it stood at Bilsport Custom and Performance show 2010 And a little fast on the engine then ¨ Not fun at all: ( Looks much more appealing with forged items, etc.. There is no good picture of the engine in the car, but they were nothing special anyway A mapping of maxxtuning on the second attempt resulted in 520 hp, and further fine-tuning and mapping of PBZ on Mantorp gave 541 bhp A little snippet from the mapping Maxxtuning - www.maxxtuning.se That was probably it A small spec list on the car now, just because BLOCK -Drilled (86.5mm) -Honat -Plane -Washed -Linehonas -Forged CP Pistons (86.5mm) -Eagle rods -ACL bearings throughout the engine ARP bolts throughout engine -Crank balanced and polished -Flywheel-gloss and balanced -New oil pump -New gaskets Cylinder Head Top-washed -Ported intake and exhaust ducts Gird-combustion -Flat -New valve seals -New valve guides -Brian crowe stage 3 cams (272 duration, 12.5 lift) -Brian crowe titanium retainers -Brian Crowe Valve Springs -New Nissan OEM Valves -New switches -New hydrlaiska lifters -HKS rocker arm stoppers -Removed VTC EXHAUST -Garett GT3076r turbo Torque-manifold, if built, top-mounted ¨ -40 Mm Tial Wastegate -3" Downpipe -3 custom built exhaust FUEL -A wallbro 255 To catch tank -Bosch 044 to feed -Sard 850cc injectors -Z32 Fuel Filter -Steel braided hoses ELECTRONICS -Apexi AVC-R -Apexi PFC -Z32 LMM Drivetrain -Spec3 + clutch, Six puck sinter disc with sprung center -Original box (Does so long as they are, may well change at each oil change Original-diff OTHER ALU-cooler Setrab 32-strand oil cooler -Oil relocation kit E85 2.0 bar boost pressure Guaranteed forgot something Chassis: BC Racing Coilovers Br Wheels, tires and brakes Ultralite Atec II 18x9.5 with 225/40 -18 tyres EBC Turbo Groove slotted and drilled discs front and rear EBC red stuff coating the front and rear Steel braided brake hoses all around Interior / Furnishings Rebuilt and flocked dashboard for 3 gauges Rebuilt and flocked a pillar of a meter Almost the entire interior flocked Gear lever gaiter in Alcantra Sparco Tecno gear knob 2x Sparco chrono chairs in front Sparco suede steering wheel r323 Backseat omklätt in alcantra My dashboard rebuilt for 2 Din stereo, lambda meters and laddtryckstyrning My board painted in the home of paint "JAPS" shock with 5 "exhaust Car Audio and Multimedia Multimedia: Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD Front system: 2x6, 5 helix of doors 2x4 helix hidden in the dashboard 2x6.5 helix in the parcel shelf Trunk: 2x D-size 10 " 1x D-dimensional stage. Looks good. Not a big fan of the blacked out tail but it is your car after all. Can't wait to see the engine in there and the car complete again.

What about the allingment? The flywheel was extended to match the clutch? Do you think that a bellhousing from my A340E automatic transmision will be ok to cut? Thanks. |
