s13 S13 Glass

What up guys. Couple of questions here. Ok im preping the body to spray my s13 coupe pretty soon and i took off all the glass. Ive had my windshied replaced before and all they used at the window place was i guess some universal silicone or whatever. Anyway I notice when i took both front and rear glass besides the stickey silicone they use to seal the glass theres another like weather strip that goes on the outer side of the windows. Im wondering if i can get these at the dealer cause they were all cracked and when i pulled them off they just fell apart. I was thinking of just leaving it like that when i take my car to have the windows intalled but then there would be like a gap. Any info would help alot guys.
