Scraping sound rear wheels of s13 240sx?

So I just installed coilovers and rear control arms and etc etc on my car, and I noticed that my rear, right hand side wheels are scraping when I'm rolling or reversing. I don't think its brakes, because they seem good. The sound sounds like a metal scraping metal type of sound. Does anyone have any idea as to what could be the possibility? Its all stock s13 brakes for now. Splash guards is bent?

i would take the rear wheels off and check for any signs of damage, but i know the rear calipers like to seize up a little and when youre going slow in reverse sometimes make a funny noise, alot of times just regreasing your slide pins will make it go away.

although considering the fact that you said it didnt start making this noise til you put coils and stuff on you might want to chack it out back there before you cause more damage

Thanks everyone for the help;
Another stupid question: Is the dust shield necessary? Can I just take it off? Will it cause any long term damage to the rotors/brakes?
