Stupid question about changing injectors..

If i change to 490cc injectors on my s14, do i need to get it tuned or will the ecu sort itself out?

thx for answers, im brand new to working on cars and mechanical stuff..

ECU will not know it has different injectors, tune is required.

The new injectors must be the same impedance as the originals, or you could blow the drivers or whatever. (For that scenario, parts and tune.)
You need a tune because the injectors are larger than stock, there's bandaid fixes for this, but... ah No!
If you don't want a tune, get the correct injector replacements!

okay thanks guys, Ill think ill just go with stock injectors then, since i have a problem with one of the injectors i thought i might aswell change to bigger if i could
