The Legend - AE86
No, its not a Silvia. And no, it will never be as fast as a well sorted Silvia. But one thing is for sure, this Legend will never phase out.
Pleased to share this immaculate 1984 model, Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex. It came from a quiet little town in Aichi prefecture, quite close to Toyota City. Had two previous owners and a very meticulous life up to now. All stock save for updated Hayashi 14" wheels, KYB dampers, TRD springs, Toms steering wheel and an authentic TRD shift handle. Worth mentioning that three years back, it seen a high quality re-spray. Nothing was overlooked at that time. All trim removed, new badges put in place etc. They did a proper job on it! Unsure if the owner is on Zilvia. He is a member of Skyline Owners USA. And just sold off his BNR32 to get into this classic. Some fruity photos of this classic machine... enjoy! |

And I wanted to share Mark P's AE86 from WA. I know he's sold it since importing it last year. No clue on who the owner is but I surely hope its being treated well. Car had a circuit flavor and just needed a bit more POWER!

Have two more nice photos taken the day before this weapon was delivered to the port. Thanks to my one friend for the highway photo spot. It was right near Daikoku PA highway entrance, merging towards Tokyo or Yokohama bound direction. Will have to go back another time and work on the lighting.
First one at Daikoku. How could this car ever leave Japan with out hanging out at such a cool spot! And the one from the hwy. |
