Removing collars for lower height
I put some OEM style coilovers on my 350z and I adjusted the ride height as low as I could go. I still have a finger gap from fender to wheel in the rear. Can I remove the collars to bring the height down lower? What effects would it have? I'd like to track (drift) the car as well, would removing the collars ruin the quality it should have? Bear in mind, it's not a true coilover, the ride height is adjusted on the spring in the bucket.

What coilovers are they? Considering slamming single tap coilovers usually makes them ride like utter shit, how much worst could it get by dropping it another 5-10mm. Your car, you're the one driving it so its ultimately your decision.
