I had Tanabe DF210 springs on my car for a while and the car sat pretty low. But why do you want springs instead of coilovers? The biggest rim that can be installed........well you'll never find the exact answer to that question. Im running 17x10 on my zenki on stock panels with 4 degrees of camber up front. But if your just running lowering springs and cant adjust the camber you'll be stuck with a weak size and offset for wheels. And for the headlights I would either buy the clear headlight covers (super made, final konnexions, circuit sport etc) or just buy some headlight restorer from your local auto parts store and polish the headlights you have now

1. Get Coilovers
2. Get the rims you want and make them fit(wheel fitment whore thread)
3. Just go to vatozone and get the headlight cleaning kit its helps alot, they sell german glass zenki headlights for like 500+bucks or they sell new clear lense covers for your factory headlights you just have to install them yourself...
4. Learn the search button, no one likes to spoon feed you
5. http://zilvia.net/f/search.php Learn to use it...

You have obviously FAILED to do any research on your own.

Zilvia is not here to spoon feed you.

This ends now.
