Hey guys-

   As long as you hang out with the main group and don't act too immature, you should be fine if you're in there after 10 pm. I've gone w/ friends under 21 and once they got in, it was no big deal. If you don't attract attention to yourself and don't make a scene, the staff won't ask you to leave. Just avoid the "security" (which usually stay near the bar and entrace to DnB) I didn't have any problems when I was under 21 and I got inside w/ a 25 yr old person... you guys should be cool (unless you look like you're 12... Hey, Jeff, Pat, and Koto, I might not be able to have the parts by Saturday night. The junkyard only takes cash and I'm short $60. I get my paycheck on Friday so I'll see if I can get the parts on that day, but I also work on that day and Saturday so I'm not sure yet. I'll let you guys know.

Bill: Yeah this meet was kinda planned on short notice. We'll definitely do something big later on. Ehhehheh hope your mouth gets better. ^o^

All right I've got the money now (many many thanks to Mommy :D) so I'll be getting my junkyard parts today.

And yeah anyone who has pics should bring 'em. =) Hmm what about video? We probably won't have access to a TV + VCR but if your camcorder has an LCD screen mebby we can view what you recorded with that. But of course that's expensive equipment so it's up to you if you wanna bring it. :P

I have a new generic S14 front strut tower bar which I'll bring to see if anyone's interested in buying. Grant convinced me to get it, but I think I wanna save up for a pair of sway bars instead. :P hell, cuzza that curb I'll need to save up for rims.

Oh yeah speaking of rims... Hey Jeff, I gotta ask ya before you leave. I know you'll be in a rush down to SoCal and you're carrying a whole lotta stuff, but on your way back would it be possible for you to pick up a pair of wheels from Bill? If not, ish kewl. I can keep looking around here also.

I might have rims on if I find some tires. but I wont have my SR by then... By next meet for sure. BJ is a very common name for Filipinos. Actually 2 letter names/nicknames are very common Filipino names. I'm Filipino too.

I got an email from [email protected] (who is this by the way?) about a "NorCal 2.4 Aftershock", do you guys know what this is all about? Is it just a big meet for 240sx owners with some publicity?

I would like to attend all NorCal meets, but since I'm from Oregon, I can only attend big and special events. Also I can't attend any meets until my account has recovered from the damages made by the 240sx National Convention. Hope to see some of you soon. When I visit relatives there.

August meets
That "2.4 Aftershock" is a separate meet being organized by a Mark from San Jose. His August 23 meet involves publicized street racing afterward which I hope doesn't attract too much attention from cops, but he does have some nice ideas for NorCal 240SX owners and I like the fact that he can get models. ^o^ We'll most likely be coordinating meets with him in the future. He's gonna be at the August 11 meet also.

TJ if I were you, I'd skip both these meets and wait for a bigger NorCal meet in the future. We'll keep you informed of course. :]

Again, our meet is taking place on August 11, 6:00 PM at Dave & Buster's.

My car
Okay I got the driver side lower control arm, the sway bar end thingy, and the whole rack & pinion. I didn't get the tension rod because I think the one on my car is fine and it's another $50 or so. Jeff, Pat, Koto, I'm counting on you guys. ;_; I'll make sure there's snacks and drinks while you're here. :P I get off work at 9:30 PM this Saturday night.

Eventually I hope we have meets at places in NorCal other than the Bay Area, like Stockton and Sacramento. Be sure to let us know about good meeting spots in those areas if you know any.

Hey guys, well I think am not going to be able to make this meet. My grandmother passed away this morining at 5:45. She had cancer and it spearded all over her lungs. So it was matter of days before she goes away. I'll be in LA in a few hours, but i still need to hear from my dad if he wants us to come or not. So not to sound selfish durning this time, but i might go if we don't go to LA. So you guys have a good one and have fun. I'll be at the next meet for sure. Peace.

Is it just a big meet for 240sx owners with some publicity? I would like to attend all NorCal meets, but since I'm from Oregon, I can only attend big and special events. His August 23 meet involves publicized street racing afterward which I hope doesn't attract too much attention from cops, but he does have some nice ideas for NorCal 240SX owners and I like the fact that he can get models. ^o^ We'll most likely be coordinating meets with him in the future. He's gonna be at the August 11 meet also. TJ if I were you, I'd skip both these meets and wait for a bigger NorCal meet in the future. We'll keep you informed of course. :] Again, our meet is taking place on August 11, 6:00 PM at Dave & Buster's. My car Okay I got the driver side lower control arm, the sway bar end thingy, and the whole rack & pinion. I didn't get the tension rod because I think the one on my car is fine and it's another $50 or so. Jeff, Pat, Koto, I'm counting on you guys. ;_; I'll make sure there's snacks and drinks while you're here. :P I get off work at 9:30 PM this Saturday night.

My grandmother passed away this morining at 5:45. She had cancer and it spearded all over her lungs. So it was matter of days before she goes away. I'll be in LA in a few hours, but i still need to hear from my dad if he wants us to come or not. So not to sound selfish durning this time, but i might go if we don't go to LA.
