engine ground

Need help on this, I have a ground going from the strut nut to the block which has been like that forever. I was getting jumpy revs so I decided to add another ground on the passenger side in the same place. I started the car and heard a loud "pop", now nothing won't turn on, No lights, no ignition..nothing.

Well.
Did you blow a fuse/relay? That's what fuses are for; safety.

Check the fuses there good but haven't done the relays yet. It might be a bad ground when I adjusted the wires, gonna check on that in the morning.
