Sr20det start up problem

S13 sr when I go to start it, it turns on revs to about 1500 and then dies and it does it a few time then I'm able to use the gas to to keep it on and eventually it will ideal on it's own. I've also noticed my afr is off running more lean and when it bounces off rev limit it's very slow even in 1st gear any thoughts??

Ok I've also been having problems with my ecu but I don't think that's a problem cuz the car does run and drive almost normal beside the afrs being off
