Unhappy rb25det with transmission problem

hey zilvians i have a rb25 in my s14 recently put my motor back in after rebuild.
When i go and depress the clutch pedal i hear noise from the clutch and flywheel the motor begins to slow down if i continue to push it all the way down and then just cut off if i dont depress the pedal all the way down it would stay on it sounds like something slowing down the flywheel i dont know i need to tear it apart again and see whats going on. Any suggestions on what to look at can the pressure plate be too tight to cause this problem?
Thanks for your opinions

100% issue In the transmission. Start tearing it back out.
