the lip is going to be reproduced exactly as it is, sorry man. the lip sags because all of the original mounting brackets are removed when people swap them over. there isnt a whole lot that can be outside of designing a new lip. the zenki lip does have a slight natural curve to it. it was really never made to mount to the s13 silvia bumper either, it was just kind of sheer luck that it fit without modification needed.

polyurethane pignose lips and polyurethane kouki lips are the two most requested parts i get (just an FYI).

You've been out of the loop then because so many of the young kids in the scene now jump for the chance to change out their chuki bumpers for the zenki.

so i present to you the first aero bumper produced! flashing still needs to be trimmed back, shop says they want to adjust the mold slightly (mold is actually 6 different pieces just for the bumper). will have 2nd bumper by lunchtime. im heading over to the shop at lunch to inspect everything and pick up the two prototypes. will have first hand pics soon as well as test fitment pictures next week!

as promised... here is the very first bumper with vents. bumper is made from 100% polyurethane and so are the vents! vents are SUPER flexible along with the bumper. i still have to test fit the bumper to Signals S13 next Friday before I put the bumpers up for sale. vents will be included with bumpers AND sold individually!

and now i present, the DorkiDori S13 Aero Bumper!

bumper support causes fitment issues... pictures are all shown without bash bar or bumper support.

street faction bash bars work just fine (its what i originally test fit the bumper with). the OEM bumper supports work, but minor modification and fitting will be required.
