s13 flip-up light motor

one of the light motors on my s13 is goin out and when i went lookin for junker 240s i couldent find any, locally at least. will a light motor out of another car work? i found a few eagle talons and fiaros and such that have the motors, i just dont want to take the time to get it out and not have it fit in mine.

I'm not too sure if you can use a part from another non-nissan car. I would venture to say it wouldn't be a straight bolt up deal. Check out the for sale section on these forums. There's always S13 part outs and I'm sure you can get a motor or an entire pop-up assembly for a pretty reasonable price.

87-88 Pulsar NX motor is said to work but I've never verified.

mine stopped going down period. i took off the button cluster and put it back on and they just kinda stayed up from that point on could never get them to go down. i checked the wires and nothing looks pinched, freaded, or burnt. so i dont know what happen and the motors do work.
