Drift Design Video: NOS Events Center Teaser

Here is a teaser video of the new venue at NOS Events Center presented by Drift Buffet. We did some testing and are working on course layouts and will soon be holding competitions here. Enjoy!

cool video, but it seems like the transition from the bank to the center is pretty rough.

im sure if that was smoothed out it would be an awesome layout.

if i were to slide over it, id grudge everytime going over that.

keep up the good work!

Yeah this was initial testing, its not the finished product, There are a lot of places that its not that bad of a transition but some places were pretty rough

Yeah the oval will be mostly for comps and demo's I believe. But we will still be in the lot we were in this last weekend.

You were bottoming-out because your car is as dumped as it will go, SD9K!

We are working with the NOS Center to smooth some of that out, but cars as low as yours might still struggle if you hit the transitions too abruptly.

The walls aren't scary, actually. If you spin, it will just suck you down to the infield. The only way to hit them is to understeer into them, but that is fairly easy to avoid.

Rest assured, however, that we will still be running practice days in the parking lot! Like Colin said, Terry and I aren't in this to make money.

We are in it to bring safe, legal, and fun drifting to anyone who wants to drift. Just because we are expanding that to safe, legal, and fun ways for amateurs to compete in front of a crowd, doesn't mean we are going to forget the beginners and the p-lot bashers! You guys are the true heart of drifting!

yay for drift buffet

can't wait for the comp

ryan if your car is too low... just raise it. if somebody makes fun of you, then they obviously aren't driving on the oval and can therefore go die in a fire.
