Ok, so i have a new Nismo radiator cap and i know i was leaking coolant bad, when i fixed that leak and i went to put some more coolant into the resevour but it was full still....wtf so i checked the radiator and it was dry... very weird so the post is ...could the cap not be allowing the coolant to filter in? anyone have similar problems?

maybe your radiator is still cracked somewhere.

i would replace the radiator first

coolant reservoir works by pressure. When the radiator needs it, it will suck it in. the cap has nothing to do with it. You have a leak somewhere on the radiator.
