Yes, everything in the underpinning between S14 and S15 are the same. That goes for all suspension pieces including coilovers and exhaust.

Only catch with the exhaust is depending on what it is, it might be a lil short as far as how it sticks out at the bumper. If you have a kit, it might be sunk inside. I've ran both S15 coilover and exhaust in my S14 Silvia in Japan.
