Not really certain as why it's like that, but it look straight from beneath. Probably got to do with clearing the plugs and wiring on the driver side of the gearbox. I think the transmission tunnel on the s15 is narrower compared to the other.

That's normal for the Z32 trans swap. Mine is the same way, perhaps not as extreme, but it still sits closer to the LHD rather than being centered. It is also in an S14. I'll see if I can dig up a picture for reference.
