Ok I haven't touch the cylinder but the pedal is not to the floor it's in the air like I can't push the pedal at all I tried adjusting it first

Ok so try going to the Slave cylinder bleeder valve - you'll need to bleed the system to begin with. Once that's done report back.

When you say it's hard how hard are we talking like semi stiff or full blown hard like a rock , have you tried any kind of lube ? I find spitting on it works the best for me & her...... Let us know if anything you have tried worked don't just leave us high and dry
