Rear Subframe help!

After installing my new wheels tires, it appears as though my subframe bushings are shot.

The important question – can I continue driving to work for a few weeks until I can afford to get this fixed? I work about 5 km from my house, smooth roads, and I'd drive cautiously...or is this just a reallllllly bad idea?

Here are 2 pics:

my rear bushings went out too, but it's my dd and my mechanic said as long as i don't drive it hard i'd be ok. he mentioned doing the spacers thing too...but i figure sooner or later the bushing's just gonna have to be replaced. So don't bother with spacers just save up and get the bushings done. do you get that horrendous CLUNK sound if you brake too hard? every time i hear it i'm worried the rear half of the car's gonna fall off

thats some super gappage. no idea if that is bad or whatever but it must be putting a lot of extra stress on the bolt since your subframes slapping around....

It will and does, I just replaced my worn out bushings with SPL's. I literary pulled the center section out with my fingers.

The driver front however, Binded the metal insert to the subframe stud. Not only that, From it slapping around for about a year bent the shit out of it. I had a REAL fun time fixing that.

This...

That's the metal insert from the factory bushings, Its seized to the stud. Also notice the end of the stud, It was pretty bent. If your subframe bushings are shot and it clunks around, Replace the bushings or prepare to replace subframe studs.

ok i'm still a noob for this stuff...but i thought bushings were some kind of rubber/urethane? or does the rear subframe use metal while other sections use the other material?
