Just bought an s14 questions I need answered please

Hey everyone after having to give up on my s13 due to moving I just found a replacement for it. Couple questions I wanted to ask while I'm sorting out all of the cars electrical issues was:

The cars a 1995 se 4lug auto it came with a spare s13 tranny. Now ok the s14 has the crank position sensor on top but is that only for 96+ and late model 95s?
Also how do I tell if mine is an obd1 or obd2 cause I've read a lot saying they did booth for this year.
Also are there any known wiring issues for this year cause I'm trying to get this electrical gremlin taken care of. Car turns on and runs but lights dim turn signals don't work(hazards do) sunroof won't open and tranny shifts weird. Happened while I was driving the car home ok I need a new alternator but I wanna make sure it's not just that

All 95 s14's are obdI. All s14's have the crank position switch.

If your car has it, The OBD2 plug is on the passenger side by the trans hump up under the dash. There is a CONSULT plug in the fuse area on the drivers kick panel. All 95's are OBD1.
I had a code for a crank position sensor on my 95, car didnt run any different with it hooked up or not. I cant remember if it had a light on or if I just hooked up the scan tool....any ways it doesnt make a difference in drivability.
