blow off valve does not come with any flange, i can actually sell you the pipe with flange if you really want it.. i have new ic piping coming in anyway. and for the isis single exit, it is in good condition, no holes etc but it has been used for around 4000 miles so it doesnt look perfect. itll cost me 70 bucks to ship it so local pick up is encouraged but ill ship if i have to.
