Thumbs up Door Panel arm rest fix

Here are some pics of the inside of my door panels, the inside plastic part of the armrest has cracked and broken over time so the leather on the outside is just loose and flimsy, am planing on getting Styrofoam tomorrow, and try to fix. I will update with the progress.

Has anyone ever tried to fix their armrest's as well? any tips?

thanks!

Same problem up here in Sarasota. Must be the heat I assume?

How's your repair holding up?

I was thinking about using some sort of epoxy resin for the repairs if I can't find a reasonably priced door card.
