New Brakes!
I want ceramic pads but my local stores (where i get discounts) don't carry ceramic pads for non ABS 240s. I looked up the differences between the ABS and non-ABS parts and found that the ABS rotors are a couple mm different in dimensions. The calipers, however, have the same part number. my question is -- are the ABS pads the same as the non abs pads, but a different material? If not, can I buy the ABS rotors and pads even though i don't have ABS? Im thinking the only thing different would be a couple mm on the rotor and a spot where the ABS would hook up. thanks in advance!
and unless you have an amazing deal, I don't really care to do a brake conversion |
