I actually just put my system in friday. Now I am just waiting for my fronts and rears. |

Maybe, you should try what ca18guy says...Try a garage. If you don't have one...Use a friend's garage. Or you can go to Goodguys, circuit city, or whereever you got your amp from and use there garage...Thats what I would do.

hahah be ghetto... tape a whole bunch of trashbags and pastic sheets up and then hang it from one side of the yard to the other and then u ahve a home made garage... i would personally not do that and wait till the rain stops....
wait... u could do other things.... why dont you run the wires inside the car? |

Haha, I like drifter's idea <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>. Anyway, it stopped raining long enough for me to put it in. I got a JBL BP300.1 amp and an Alpine Type S 12" with Dual Voice Coil. Totally awesome, It THUMPS. I'm sure that other people have a bigger system than me, but hey, this is just perfect for me <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

For a while I was running an old skool (round) 15 inch Solo Baric in the back of my 240 S13Hatch. Plenty of headaches....

Definately. I'm really happy with it. I've still got to mount the amp tho, right now it's just sorta sitting there. Hasn't moved an inch, but I wanna b on the safe side

Mmm... I wouldn't do that. Get two 12's instead. Lay them on their backs on the slanted part of the box so they're facing up but angled down a bit towards the back of the car.
2 12's are ALWAYS going to sound better than 1 15 of the same quality. They can move faster with the music, so you won't be skipping beats. They'll also sound a LOT less distorted because there's less chance of cone flex. |

loose ur spare and seal off your trunk space to fit amps and speakers. I've seen it at 240sx.org under installs. I just got stock in mine though. I wish I had something like what u all have but I need performance first.
